Definitions:
1. "Business Day": a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public/federal holiday in the United States.
2. "Contract": a set of documentation consisting of the Customer's order, this policy & any potential agreement which might be agreed upon by the Customer & Yarnimaniacs.
3. "Customer": any legal entity or natural person purchasing Product(s) from Yarnimaniacs.
4. "Order": the customer accepting this policy, select the Product(s) from this Webstie & confirming payment, according to the conditions set out herein.
5. "Party": the Customer on the one hand and the Seller on the other hand, referred to jointly as the "Parties"
6. "Product(s)": the Product(s) provided & marketed by the Seller, as presented on this website, Facebook & other online media.
7. "Seller": the company Yarnimaniacs, specializing in the design, manufacture & marketing of the Product(s) set out above.
Products & Services:
1 The Seller has made every effort to ensure that all information provided on this Website is accurate.
2 Colors of Product(s) are representative and may not reflect exact shades. Colors are subject to change. The Customer accepts that color differences can occur when it is being viewed and compared on a computer screen.
3 The Seller reserves the right to change and remove any Product(s) from yarnimaniacs.com at any time.
Prices/Payments:
1 The prices are indicated on our website and are in US dollars.
2 The prices indicated may be changed at any time without advanced notice. However, the Product(s) shall be charged at the rate in force when the Order was processed.
3 Prices indicated do not include customs duties or other local taxes. These duties are borne solely by the Customer and are his/her/their full responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payment to the relevant authorities.
4 Yarnimaniacs offers PayPal as their payment option of choice. Yarnimaniacs is not responsible for PayPal policies.
Delivery:
1 The Product(s) are delivered to the delivery address indicated when placing the Order.
2 Any delivery times indicated are estimates and serve as a guide only, and may vary according to the destination.
3 In-stock Product(s) will usually be dispatched within 2 to 3 Business Day, or within 7 to 10 Business Day during peak season.
Returns & Refunds:
1 All sales are final.
2 Should the Customer discover any fault or damage with the Product(s) within 7 days of receipt, the Customer must contact Yarnimaniacs and provide photo evidence of fault or damage for consideration of return and refund. Yarnimaniacs cannot be held responsible for misuse or accidental damage caused by the Customer.
3 If Yarnimaniacs determines a refund is in order, Yarnimaniacs will provide Customer with instructions for return.
4 No returns will be accepted without prior contact between Customer and Yarnimaniacs.
5 It is up to the discretion of Yarnimaniacs to refund return postage costs. If Yarnimaniacs determines a refund is appropriate, Customer must provide proof of postage costs.

1 Customer records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party without the Customer’s permission, other than if legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities.
2 Yarnimaniacs will not sell, share, or rent the Customer’s personal information to any third party or use the Customer’s e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by Yarnimaniacs will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and Product(s).
Liability:
1 Yarnimaniacs disclaims all liability if the delivered Product(s) or their content does not comply with the law of the country of delivery.
2 In any case, the amount of Yarnimaniacs liability to payment of compensation for the sole cases of direct damage is limited to the total amount of the Order actually paid for by the Customer.
